LIVESTOCK OVERSEER – JEMALONG STATION

 

Twynam Agricultural Group has a position available for a Livestock Overseer for Jemalong Station which is located 35km west of Forbes, on the Lachlan River, NSW. Jemalong Station comprises of 15,000ha and is the home of the Twynam Angus Stud and also runs a commercial Angus operation, as well as opportunity trading.

 

On property accommodation is provided and a competitive salary package plus benefits will be offered commensurate with ability and experience.

 

The successful applicant will need to:

·          Have minimum 3 - 4 years relevant livestock experience

·          Be able to work independently and organise own time

·          Be able to demonstrate effective livestock handling skills

·          Be self-motivated, energetic and capable of working in a team

·          Demonstrate good communication and organisational skills

·          Be computer literate

·          Hold a current drivers licence

·          Have your own dogs

·          Preferably have some knowledge in electronic livestock recording systems, (stockbook)

Twynam Agricultural Group has a position available for  Livestock Overseer for Collymongle Station which is located 30km from Collarenebri, 125km West of Moree, NSW. Collymongle Livestock comprises some 20,000 Ha and runs a commercial Angus breeding operation.

 

On property accommodation is provided and a competitive salary package plus benefits will be offered commensurate with ability and experience.

 

The successful applicant will need to:

·          Have minimum 3 - 4 years relevant livestock experience

·          Be able to work independently and organise own time

·          Be able to demonstrate effective livestock handling skills

·          Be able to direct and organise staff and contractors.

·          Demonstrate good communication and organisational skills

·          Be computer literate

·          Hold a current drivers licence

·          Have knowledge in electronic livestock recording systems
