Each year Twynam grows bread and durum (or noodle) wheat, depending on prevailing seasonal conditions.

Twynam also produces maize, rice and safflower. Pulse grains such as fieldpea and chickpea are produced in rotation with cereal grains, which help form an important aspect of a sustainable farming system.
